Transformers

Whether it is household appliances or in industry and commerce, although we can't see the electronic transformer, he should be by our side all the time, and be contacted and used by us at any time. Electronic transformers, together with electronic transformers, semiconductor switching devices, semiconductor rectifying devices, and capacitors, are called the four main components in power supply devices, and they are indispensable main components in power supply technology.

The role of electronic transformers in power supply technology: According to their role in power supply devices, electronic transformers can be divided into:

1. Isolation transformer for primary and secondary side insulation, and shielding transformer for shielding;

2. Filter inductors for AC and DC filtering;

3. A voltage-stabilizing transformer (including a constant-voltage transformer) or a current-stabilizing transformer that stabilizes the output voltage or current, and a voltage-regulating transformer that regulates the output voltage;

4. A pulse transformer that transmits pulses, drives, and triggers signals, drives the transformer, and triggers the transformer;

5. Absorbing inductors that absorb surge currents, and buffer inductors that slow down the rate of current change;

6. A matching transformer that changes the output impedance to match the load impedance;

7. Magnetic switch inductors and transformers that act as switches;

8. A phase-number conversion transformer that plays the role of single-phase to three-phase or three-phase to single-phase, and a phase-change transformer (phase shifter) that changes the output phase;

9. Frequency multiplier or frequency divider transformer that changes the output frequency;

10. Power transformers, power transformers, rectifier transformers, inverter transformers, switching transformers, pulse power transformers for voltage and power conversion;

11. Voltage transformers, current transformers, pulse transformers, DC transformers, zero magnetic flux transformers, weak current transformers, zero sequence current transformers, Hall current and voltage detectors that transform voltage, current or pulse detection signals.

12. An electromagnetic interference filter inductor that suppresses electromagnetic interference, and a noise filter inductor that suppresses noise;

13. Broadband transformers, audio transformers, and mid-circle transformers that transmit broadband, audio, and mid-cycle power and signals;

14. Energy storage inductors for energy storage, commutation inductors for commutation of semiconductor switches;

15 Controllable inductors and saturation inductors that play the role of adjusting inductance;

It can be seen from the above that no matter whether it is a DC power supply, an AC power supply, or a special power supply, electronic transformers are inseparable. Therefore, transformers are used as representatives of soft magnetic components in electronic power supplies, and they are called "electronic transformers."
