Online Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) provides high-quality pure sine wave power to the load regardless of whether the mains power is normal or not. It is increasingly widely used in the fields of banking, securities, post and telecommunications, electric power transportation, military, medical, aerospace, etc., providing high-quality, uninterrupted AC power to the key equipment of users.
Online Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) provides high-quality, pure sine wave power to the load regardless of whether the mains power is normal or not. It is increasingly widely used in the fields of banking, securities, post and telecommunications, electric power transportation, military, medical, aerospace, etc., providing high-quality, uninterrupted AC power to the key equipment of users. Before the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) starts to work formally, there is a slow start process of about 17S, the purpose is also to make the output smooth and stable, to avoid device damage or output instability caused by too large output changes. After the slow start process, the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) starts to work normally. Usually, the mains power is converted into DC by the rectifier, and then the DC is converted into pure sinusoidal AC voltage by the inverter. At the same time, the mains power is rectified to charge the battery. Once the mains power is interrupted, it will be immediately switched to battery power supply, which will be converted to sinusoidal AC power supply to the load through inverter. If the inverter fails under normal mains power supply, the switch will be switched to direct mains power supply. If the switch conversion is caused by inverter failure, the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) will send out an alarm signal. If it is caused by overload, when the overload disappears, the static switch will switch back to the inverter output.
Online Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) can operate in four states:
1. Normal working mode: Mains input is transmitted through AC/DC and DC/AC to output, providing a stable and clean 50Hz sinusoidal power supply to the load. At the same time, the charger charges the battery.
2. Battery power supply mode: When the mains power is extremely bad or there is a power outage, the battery will be used to supply power, providing a stable and clean 50Hz sinusoidal power supply to the load. The power supply time depends on the battery capacity and the load size.
3. Bypass working mode: When the machine is overloaded or the heat sink temperature is too high, or the inverter is abnormal, the static switch switches to the bypass mode, and the AC power is supplied to the load after input and output filtering.
4. Maintenance bypass mode: When the machine fails and needs maintenance, it is manually switched to the maintenance bypass mode, and the AC power is directly supplied to the load, which is equivalent to cutting off the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS backup power supply) from the power supply circuit.
